How to use those Christmas Left-Overs

Sunday, December 7, 2014

A Christmas we usually have an abundance of food. It has become so common that we usually bring our own Tupperware to pack out the left-overs. So what do we do after we tire of our Christmas feast leftovers, we reuse them!
We use anything that can be made into something else.

This is the leftovers spin on Funeral Rolls.
Using any kind of rolls you have left over
leftover ham or turkey or even chicken
Worcestershire Sauce
cheese (I used Kraft singles)
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Cut your rolls in half, separating the top from the bottom.
Butter each side of the roll.
Place half a slice of cheese on the bottom of your roll. Place the other slice on the top. Feel free to get creative with the types of cheese you use, anything that comes in a slice and melts easily should work fine for this recipe.
Next, melt 4 tablespoon butter, 3 tablespoons honey and 1 or 2 tablespoon Worcester Sauce , you can add more or less according to taste. I like mine a littler sweeter then most. It should look similar to this.
Cut your meat into slices or break into pieces. Place your meat on top of the cheese, add your bun to the top and place each into greased pan.
