I really don't like to cook but at my house it is a necessary evil. But each week I conquer it, go me! Most of my meals are super easy, ok all of my meals are super easy, but this one is easy and a family fav.

1 lb. ground turkey or beef
I package shredded cheese
3 or 4  flour tortillas
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 cans of Chili Beans
4 to 6 slices Kraft sliced cheese
Sour cream (optional)

1. Brown and drain ground beef. Return to pan, add chili beans and Rotel. Bring to a simmer until beans are tender, stirring often.

2. Next, lightly grease a baking dish. line baking dish with 1 tortilla. next pour the meat mixture on top of the tortilla, enough to cover the tortilla completely.
Repeat this step until your dish is full.

3. Cover the last layer with any left over meat mixture. Cover this layer with sliced cheese.

4. Bake at 350 until hot. Serve hot, top with sour cream.
