Recipe Remix

This is my first Recipe Remix.

I remix recipes in my "real life" all the time, take a little of this, add a little of that. Well, I decided to tell the world about my recipe remixes. Now, most of the time they turn out pretty great but their have been some disasters along the way, like the Stir-Fry Chicken/ Fried rice blunder, but we do not speak of that in this house. It was a mess! I couldn't even convince my 4 year old to eat it, and he eats everything !!

This remix is a yummy Cinnamon Rolls mix. Yes, I said cinnamon rolls, but this is the easy way. Yeast, flour? In the words of Sweet Brown "Ain't nobody got time for that!"  I love cinnamon rolls but anyone who knows me, knows that if a recipes involves flour, or yeast at that, its a no go for me. No, I don't have an allergy to flour and its not that someone in my family can't have it. It's just that flour just seems to spell tragedy in my house and who besides has time for all that? Not me. I am doing laundry as we speak, well type, well read, (you know what I mean). So this week's Easy Cinnamon Roll Ring, is a welcome delight in the Princess' Castle.

This remix  is complied of Biscuit Cinnamon Roll Recipe from Couponcuttingmom.com and Sticky Bun Breakfast Ring from stamps4fun.blogspot.com.

Here we go!

 REMIX!!!

What you need:
1/4 cup Brown sugar
6 tablespoons butter,divided ( I used salted.)
1/3 cup sour cream
2 small cans of Grands Biscuits (the one with 5 biscuits)
ground cinnamon
Remember this is a remix so the measurements are not exact.

Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and pour over the biscuits and covering each biscuit( use more butter if necessary)

Mix the 1/4 cup brown sugar and some ground cinnamon in a small  bowl. pour the cinnamon and brown sugar over the  biscuits.

Bake for 20-25 minutes on 350. While your biscuits are baking start preparing the glaze.
Mix 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 1/3 cup of sour cream and 3 tablespoons butter in a small pot. Melt the ingredients together stirring them constantly. At this point I tasted the glaze to see if it need to add something to it . It was super sweet and yummy.
After your biscuit are finished cooking pour the glaze on top of them... Can you smell it?...mmm...

                                               Enjoy,
